If however a product is out of stock, or there is some delay, you will always be notified and kept updated with progress. To this end, please add us to your safe senders list or remember to check your spam filter box every few days just in case.

Returned product(s) must be in the original security-sealed packaging and in saleable condition. Waranty returns are only to be sent back as advised below.

Due to the nature of the items, we reserve the right to limit returns to unopened or defective products. We understand that buying off a website can be difficult and until you physically see the product may not be sure, therefore we ship all products with added packaging that allows you to sight the physical product without breaking security seals. If it is not what you expected, we will refund the product cost (but not the courier fees) as long as the returns process is strictly adhered to and the security seal is intact. Defective product(s) will be replaced with a like item, upon return.

We do not accept returns of unopened product(s) returned more than 7 days after delivery, nor defective products returned more that 30 days after delivery. We do not accept returns of opened products at all unless proven to be defective.

Please do not send us product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, nor without first emailing us, as we do not issue refunds/replacements for nonqualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

To return a product:

1. Send an e-mail to us at sales@sextoycity.co.nz. Our customer service center is open from 7am to 8pm, 7 days a week. Please provide full details of the reason for return, ie that the product was what you order, but is not as expected , and why, and confirm that the seals are in tact, or if defective, the nature of the defect. You must return with the packaging where possible.

2. We will notify you via e-mail of your return reference number. Returns will only be accepted with a valid return reference number.

3. Once we've received and processed the returned product(s). You can expect a refund or replacement within 7 business days of our receiving your return. If a delay is expected you will be advised via email.

If your return is due to our error sending the incorrect product or it being defective, we will add your return shipping costs to your refund upon provision of a receipt/invoice as well as the cost of original shippng to you if paid. If your return is due to your changing your mind/ordering wrong product, we'll refund you the costs of the product(s) only.
